St. Edwin Festivals
WELCOME!
St. Edwin, with its beautiful entertainment park built by parishioners less than a
generation ago, offers a spring and fall festival to extend our hospitality to the local
community. We enter our fourth year as a licensed Bernalillo County food service
establishment, prioritizing safety and good health. We have a 3200 sq. ft. outdoor
amphitheater nearing completion, offering amply-spaced seating.
Additionally, a new permanent bbq with thirty-five square feet of grilling area and a
deep pit are now fully functional, offering the possibility of serious dining.
Stop by for a visit, bump into old friends, taste our exceptional menu items and try
your luck at our raffle. At these events we can only receive cash as we do
not yet have a credit/debit card terminal. We look forward to seeing you
here!

A new permanent bbq being built by our generous, talented parishioners.
The buns we serve at our festival are made
special for us and also donated by the local El
Dorado Bakery. Their claim to fame is the use of
a fire brick oven producing breads and pasteries
of superior quality. Give them a try!
