Music: The parish has a number of options readily available. We have Michele, our own parish organist (for a real pipe organ!) who pairs nicely with one of our cantors. Then there is Ramon and Lydia, who know our church and have a good sound; you can contact them at (505) 410-5322 or (505) 836- 2338. We also like the Mariachi Xochitl, available at (505) 610-8922; see their website here. You may also suggest other Catholic liturgical musicians for vetting and review. Flowers: Our church accommodates a number of floral arrangements. A wider (up to 36” across) decoration looks good in front of the altar, with a maximum height of 34”. A second, more narrow arrangement (up to 24” across can be placed in front of the ambo/ podium, also no higher than 34”. To the left and right of the tabernacle we have two wooden stands which can each take a low (up to 24” wide by 12” high) floral arrangement, with foliage even cascading down in front. Please have them designed without water, which would damage our sanctuary floor. Other decorations: You may hang decorations at the end of the pews along the main isle with elastic bands or light thread (please, no nails or tacks). Confetti, rice, flower petals, etc. are not allowed. Please designate someone to remove all the decorations immediately after the service. For photographers and or videographers: Our church offers various convenient places to situate photography and video equipment. You are permitted to use flashes and other lighting. Photographers and videographers need to visit the church the first time and agree to use only the designated areas. Those who don’t respect these rules will be put on a list of individuals who are no longer allowed to work at the church. On the other hand, we promote companies that are able to work with us. Below there is a diagram indicating where you may be stationed; the gray areas are strictly off limits:
